Team Growthly is a small group of people who want to take their work and personal growth seriously. People learn, work on things, share what they know and help each other when they're stuck. It's not meant to be a huge online community.

People who are still figuring things out but are willing to do something about it. You might be a student, designer, developer, creator, founder, learner, or working on something completely different. What matters more is that you want to learn, you show up, and you're willing to contribute.

IS TEAM GROWTHLY FREE?

Yes. Team Growthly is completely free. There is no membership fee. Being free doesn't mean everyone automatically gets in, though. We keep the group small and choose people carefully.

HOW DO I JOIN?

Start with the application form. Tell us who you are, what you're working on, what you're interested in and why you'd like to join. We'll read it. If we think there's a good fit, we'll reach out.

IS IT OPEN TO EVERYONE?

Not automatically. Team Growthly is invite-only and selection-based. Anyone interested can apply, but applying isn't the same as being accepted. We look at whether someone is a good fit for the group before moving forward.

WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR?

You don't need an impressive resume. We're more interested in how you think and how you work. Curiosity matters. Consistency matters. Being able to take feedback matters. And so does giving something back instead of only taking.

DO I NEED TO BE BUILDING A STARTUP?

No. You don't need a startup, a company or even a finished project. You could be learning something, working on a personal project, exploring an idea, building a skill or figuring out what you want to do next. You just need to care enough to actually work on it.

CAN STUDENTS JOIN?

Yes. Students can apply. Being a student isn't a disadvantage here. If you're curious, serious about learning and willing to contribute, we'd rather see your application than decide based on your age or title.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?

First, we read your application. If it looks like there could be a fit, we'll contact you about the next step. Depending on the situation, that may be a conversation or a short trial period. There is no automatic acceptance.

HOW BIG IS TEAM GROWTHLY?

We're intentionally keeping it small. The exact number can change as the group grows, but the idea is simple: we don't want so many people that everyone becomes a stranger again. Quality of the group matters more than hitting a number.

WHAT DO MEMBERS ACTUALLY DO?

There's no complicated schedule we need to dress up. People work on their own things, learn, share useful stuff, ask questions, give feedback and help when they can. The exact activities can change. The important part is actually participating.

DO I HAVE TO BE ONLINE ALL THE TIME?

No. People have their own work, studies and lives. We're not looking for someone who's online 24/7. We care more about being consistent and actually contributing when you're around.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE?

That's okay. You don't have to already be good at something to join. You do need to be willing to learn and put in the work. We're much more interested in that than in pretending you already know everything.

The resources are there to be useful, but that's not really the point of Team Growthly. If you're only looking for free resources, there are plenty of websites for that. We want people who also want to participate, learn with others and give something back.

No. It's free. There is no paid membership plan.

DOES APPLYING GUARANTEE A PLACE?

No. We'd rather be honest about that. Applying gives us a chance to understand who you are. If it feels like a good fit, we'll continue the conversation. If it doesn't, that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. It just means the fit wasn't right for this group.
