These terms govern participation within Team Growthly spaces, applications, and collaborative forums. By applying or engaging, you agree to uphold our shared standards.
1. Respect for Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of everything you build, write, design, or conceptualize within Team Growthly. We claim zero intellectual property rights over member projects. Conversely, you agree to respect your peers' work and not copy, re-brand, or appropriate unreleased concepts without express consent.
2. Constructive, High-Standard Feedback
Critique within Team Growthly is given with generosity and rigour. Personal attacks, harassment, bigotry, or destructive cynicism are cause for immediate removal. We debate ideas vigorously while treating people with unwavering dignity.
3. Non-Commercialization of the Room
The room is protected. Members may not use the internal collective to spam unsolicited sales pitches, recruit for multi-level marketing, or harvest contacts for cold outreach. Collaboration must happen naturally.
4. Attendance & Participation Standards
Membership is a privilege granted based on mutual contribution. If a resident member becomes inactive for an extended period without notice, their active residency seat may be reallocated to keep room density high.
5. Modifications
We periodically refine these guidelines to reflect community learnings. Any significant updates will be communicated across our active channels.
