ABOUT THE FOUNDER
I’m Ankit, and I’m building Team Growthly because I’ve always believed that the people around you have a lot to do with how you grow.
The idea is simple: bring a small group of people together who want to learn, build, work seriously, and help each other get better.
Right now, I’m focused on getting the foundation right — the people, the way we work, and the kind of environment we want to build.

WHY SO SMALL?
Because once a group gets too big, people stop knowing each other.
We're trying to avoid that.
The goal isn't to collect members.
The goal is to have a group where people actually know what the others are working on, can ask for help, give useful feedback, and keep each other moving.
Small is intentional.
